Budget intelligence
Not just „consumed / planned“ — pro-rata, earned value and rebalancing. Every time entry updates the truth about the project in real time.
Two views of the same budget — at the same time. The absolute value shows consumption against total budget; the pro-rata view breaks it down to the schedule elapsed so far. You see drift early, before the number turns red.
Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) are computed automatically from time entries and budget. < 1 = behind schedule or over budget. No Excel, no manual upkeep — PMI-compliant metrics straight from the running project.
Move hours between phases, tasks or cost centres — without touching the overall budget. The project graph recomputes inheritance, parent-level totals stay stable, every move stays in the audit log.
Transparency, not blocking: the system warns on overruns in two stages (warning/critical) but never blocks bookings. You decide, not the tool.

Every AI feature populates typed fields via tool calling — no hallucinated JSON, no invented enum values. The model can only write what the schema allows. Bad inputs get blocked, not patched up.
A dedicated counter per tenant, per feature, per day. You see who is burning how much model budget before the bill arrives. Multi-provider selection lets you use cheaper models for simple tasks.
