Pricing questions
Is there a minimum term?
No. You pay monthly and can cancel anytime at the end of the month. With annual billing, you get a 15% discount — the term ends automatically after 12 months.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing automatic. Without an active subscription, access ends — we never create a subscription without your explicit confirmation. Your data stays available for 30 days in case you want to restart.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime — up or down. Upgrades are billed pro rata; downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
How many users are included?
You pay per active user per month. Starter is capped at 25 users, Professional at 100. Enterprise is unlimited. Inactive users (blocked / departed) don't count.
Do you offer on-premise?
Yes — Enterprise plan only. We deliver a Docker Compose installation and, on request, handle the setup inside your infrastructure. Get in touch.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes. Registered non-profit organizations get a 30% discount on all plans. Contact us with the appropriate proof.
